Crystal R. Nichols-Durham, Founder/CEO
Crystal R Nichols-Durham is a wife, the mother of two adult children and legal guardian to four of her sister's children. She pastored a church for over seven years with her ex-husband where she spoke into the lives of many women. She also served in the Youth Ministry for almost a decade, before starting her Christian-based home daycare. Not only did she tend to toddlers and grade school children, it was then, in 2002 when she first opened her home to troubled teens.
Over the years, Crystal has guided countless youth from helpless to hopeful mindsets through sheer and unconditional love.
As a little girl, she too, experienced the pain of many youth today. By the age of 28 she had been kidnapped, molested, raped, verbally/physically abused, homeless and a diagnosed alcoholic. Through these firsthand experiences, Crystal has learned that if God brought her out of bad situation after the next, he can do the same for every youth who wants it.
Serving as the Program Director of an After School & Summer Camp Program for ages five to fourteen, Crystal received her CDA in Childcare Education, her CPR and First Aid Certificates. She knows firsthand the troubles youth encounter and her desire is to prevent in from continuing in the lives of Age Out Foster Care Youth. Her strong desire is for every youth to know that "He Knows."
